Office (2010 and 2016) KMS Activation problems

Question
-
Where should I go asking for help about activating Office Professional Plus (2010 as well as 2016 - we use both at the moment in our company) via KMS (against a Windows Server 2012 R2)?
Thanks in advance.
Kind Regards,
Eddga
