I've been trying to get a workflow process to work by sending an E-mail out whenever a service activity is created. So far I'm coming along fine up to a point. The problem I'm having is including the users (resources) involved in the email so that people are notified through email that they will be unavailible. I know that they can just look in the service calendar but some contacts included don't have CRM accounts with us. So how would I go about getting the resources involved in a service activity included in a workflow process.
