  Okay, I am

  very frustrated. This has been happening for months-

  Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4 on Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB2468871)
  
  Installation date: ‎1/‎2/‎2012 12:49 PM
  
  Installation status: Failed
  
  Error details: Code 643
  
  Now, I have done the "Microsoft fix it" and everything else known to man. I was in contact with a support staff person for weeks and did everything she told me to do,then after they all failed she sent a replacement disk, installed it, and the same thing is happening with this update. I have uninstalled, repaired, everything and nothing works. What is the deal????
