Version 2 not activating RRS feed

    I purchased OneCare on 8/25/2007 and everything was fine for about a month.  Then, something happened with my machine so I rebuilt it and installed OneCare version 2.  Now it wants me to activate but when I try it asks for a 25 or 12 character product ID.  I bought this online and although I have my confirmation email it does not show the product ID.  Where can I get the ID so I can get this thing activated?

  • If it is asking for a key or payment, you are trying to activate with a different LiveID than the one you subscribed with.

    If you don't recall the LiveID you used for your subscription, you will need to contact support who can provide that information to you using your Key and/or contact information.

    Alternatively, sign in at http://billing.microsoft.com with email addresses that you have set up as LiveIDs and one will show your subscription listed - that would the LiveID to use to activate the reinstall.
