Locked out of administrator rights (access) in windows 7 I can't do anything that will let me access my C:\ Drive

  Locked out of administrator rights (access) I can't do anything that will let me access my C:\ Drive I tried all posible security tasks already.
    Is there anything i can explain windows 7 that I am loged in and i am the administrator?
  
  I tried :    Right click at the drive "c" and left click "properties" click security tap and click "edit  <<<< does not let me even have edit box >>>>>
