Cannot select 'Add to Marketing List' on Contact Form RRS feed

  • I have tried this on 3 different CRM Online (all system admin) and 3 different browsers (I.E., Chrome, Firefox; I don't have the Outlook Plugin installed).

    I cannot add a contact to a marketing list from the form. The button is displayed but doesn't do anything. The Connect and Assign work correctly. The button works on the account form. I can add contacts from a list correctly, and from the marketing list.

    Has anyone seen this before? Is there a known bug/fix?

  • What version of CRM? What rollup? What environment (online, on-premises...)
