Here is the plan:
First certification for Windows 7 is called: MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration.
You need to pass following exam to get this certification.
71-680: TS: Windows 7, Configuring
Microsoft just ended the Beta testing period for this exam.
There will be other certifications (ITP Level)
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 and
MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician 7
