    Hi Kiran,

     

    I am the product Manager responsible for the development of the Netsize SMS plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 .

    As Kiran highlighted in his post, did you follow the step by step instructions in the  plug-in Administrator guide? If not I suggest you reintegrate the plug-in into Microsft Dynamics and use the login parameters that were sent to you on your hotmail account.

     

    if you need any more specific support could you please send an e-mail with your logs to pluginsupport@netsize.com ?

    Hi Mahender Pal,

    I took the plugin and workflow from  http://smscrm.codeplex.com/

    but while saving records in Sms Configuration Entity it gives out the error

    field : crm Form

    event : on Save

    error: object does not support this property or method

    Exception while processing a Quick SMS : Cannot initialize plugin parameters : Object reference not

    set to an instance of an object

    I have not used this personally, but did you followed the documentation properly ???

    Hi Mahain,

    I have made an account on the above given http://www.netsize.com/Products_Dynamics-Netsize-Business-Applications.htm"

    with id of my hotmail account and they have redirected password on my hotmail.

    But when i acces the  Sms Configuration Entity it gives out the error and all the entities are not getting displayed. eg - Confirm Password entity is not seen also Password entity is not giving password format..

    The error is as follows

    field : crm Form

    event : on Save

    error: object does not support this property or method

     Please help .......

    I got a plugin from http://www.sms-integration.com/p_86-msdynamics-setup-instructions-sms.html

    but sms are not getting fired........ This is not giving any error

    but it says to connect to a gateway which i am not getting

    Can u suggest some solution???

    I will suggest you to go through mPlug-in_-_Microsoft_Dynamics_CRM_SMS_Plug-in_Administrator's_Guide.pdf properly and then follow these steps.

    We use Dynamics Objects's free SMS AddOn which integrates with KalaSMS SMS gateway provider.

    It works cool. Only problem is the 160 character limit, I didn't find a way a to send longer text in one message. If you want to send Unicode text, you have to make some changes in the AddOn.

     

    features are:

    - Send Individual SMS to contacts and leads.

    - Send Bulk SMS to dynamic and static marketing lists.

    - Send Individual SMS from a CRM 2011 workflow.

    - Send Bulk SMS from a CRM 2011 workflow.

    Note that we will be updating the solution soon to bypass the 160 character limit and to support unicode Text.
