Where post problem with VS2008 published package blowing up on target computer?

  I think the title pretty much says it all. I've got VS 2008 Pro. I have a new application. (Obviously, it runs on my computer.) I've tried publishing it for the first time. When I go to install it on another Windows computer, *during the setup.exe process* I get "[Application] has encountered a problem and needs to close." Where would I post that problem?
