CRM 2013 SP1 online : Uninstalling managed solution problem RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello there,

I have installed InsideView solution from their website into my CRM 2013 SP1 online installation.

    http://www.insideview.com/insideview-microsoft-dynamics-crm-2013

Now, when i try to uninstall it after using it for 1 day, it throw me following error.

This solution cannot be uninstalled because the 'LocalizedLabel' with id '13a73990-850b-e411-bdb6-6c3be5a8a144(Form)'  is required by the 'ServiceEnhancements610' solution. Uninstall the ServiceEnhancements610 solution and try again.

I have tried to find out every possible solution over internet but all seems for on-premise version where they find particular localized label from database and delete that out unsupportable. but for online nothing seems helping. this kind of issue of circular dependency Microsoft should get rid of.

Can anybody please help in what workaround should be used to uninstall this solution or any SDK message which help me to get particular localized label display name from the ID provided so that i can proceed to remove that manually from UI.

For Microsoft support guys : ServiceEnhancements610 is a part of CRM installation which contains items updated in SP1 by Microsoft. so uninstalling that native solution doesn't make sense here and also its not allowed to rollback CRM from 6.1 to back 6.0. so i'm stuck at this point.

    Regards,

    Hiren Solanki.
