Hello Alberto Pepler,
Please go to this web site http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/default.aspx? and click on the "Start Diagnostics" button.
If the diagnostics program finds any problems that it can fix, it will tell you so and ask you to let it fix them. Please do so.
Then, come back here and let us know what it found and what it fixed, and whether you still encounter the error message on startup.
Thank you! :-)
