I am getting this error come up on my PC. A Microsoft Link comes up for me to click on, which takes me to a Microsoft
link that does not work (nothing comes up). Please help me with this issue. Thank you.

There doesn't appear to be anything wrong here, except for the fact that you neglected to activate within the grace period.
You probably just need to use Operator activation...
telephone activation (operator calls)
Click on the Start button
in the Search box, type
SLUI 4
and hit the Enter key
follow the instructions, but when asked which service you require by the telephone ansafone, do NOT reply - this should force an operator to respond, who can deal with you
