    After downloading SP3, I "lost" the games my computer came with from the company, i.e., Freecell, Solitare, Spider, Hearts, Spades, and even my calculator!!!! What happened, and how can I retrieve them? I am not a prof. tech person, but do fairly well so anyone wishing to help......explain in "dummy" terms please. Thanks.....

    I'm sorry that you are having problems after downloading SP3. As this is not a technical forum I cannot assist with this problem, so I recommend that you visit the Microsoft XP support page. If you cannot find the answer in the FAQs, there is a technical forum linked through that page where you can post your question and get technical assistance.
