Unable to activate, does not display form RRS feed

    I am having issues activating the OneCare 2.0 beta. Upon clicking Subscribe and going to the page where you should be asked for your key, I get just the homepage of http://get.live.com.

     

    I have been hinted that it could be a locale issue, but im set to British English (UK), which is supported.

     

    Any tips?
