How can I get a hard copy of my old NT4 MCSE RRS feed

  • Question

  • I did my MCSE back in 1997, but now I lost my hard copy and don't even have my MCP number. Is there anyway I can get this hard copy?

I needed this for my job, they require a hard copy.

    Thank you in advance..

  • You could contact the regional service center (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx) - maybe you have enough information so they can give you the missing information.

In case you asigned the MCP number to your live account already: Just log on to the MCP site (https://mcp.microsoft.com/).

On the MCP site you can follow the link to print your certifications (but if it was NT4 - maybe you can no longer print the certificate because it was expired?) or even order a printed version.

    With kind regards,
