I can’t believe the incompetence. I started ads weeks ago and have had keywords and phrases disapproved that directly pertain to the webpages they point to.
Our website has been in operation since 1997 and shows results on the first page of all major engines and has for years. The keywords and phrases that have been rejected fit the criteria exactly and are clearly visible on the landing pages not to mention if you do an open search for them, MSN Live shows them on the first page of results in many cases. Yet they have been disapproved for the sponsored results.
After speaking with Carolyn in support a number of times, she looked them over and verified that they were indeed relevant and assured me the problem would be rectified. Still they have yet to be approved. I feel I have wasted enough time on this; from now on our advertising money will be better spent on the other search facilities.
