    Hi all ,

    I installed Live one care .

    I have my windows live ID , which show in the Live one care help , But at the same time its asking me to subscribe.

    I tried clicking the Subscribe button , it took me to link i entered the live id  and its says " I am not associated , it asks me to click next to enter the product key.

    If i click next , it shows me screen for other security products, i am not able to enter the product key. I tried every thing in the forum... nothing worked for me .

    wat can i do ?????
