  • If you provide some detail such as the error message when installation fails we may be able to help. Are you installing from a CD or did you purchase online? What operating system are you installing on?

    I agree, I can't find a support telephone number. I had it, talked to people left and right who couldn't help me, and NOW that I've RESTORED my entire computer to it's factory settings and I need to call back to get help to install this program, I can't find the number. Maybe I should go back to the store and buy Norton?

    Who have you talked to? You have made 3 posts to the forum and none have actually indicated what your specific problem is - what errors you are encountering, etc. - for anyone here to offer you any help. Here is my reply from your other post this evening:
