    I think you already have enough feedback on how ugly the new forums look.

    This full rebranding to Metro is achievable but the current borderless look is not easy on the eyes at all. I find my brain has to a do a lot of work finding things that are normally well signposted and layed-out.

    I'll be changing to en-gb to revert back as one guy suggested.

    With forum width...

    I think using the standard 800px width is WAY too small. And very annoying for someone with a HD monitor.
    Today's users have ALL have > 1200 px wide screen - -http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_resolution_higher.asp

    * ALL developers have HD monitors.
    * The old forum had 1235px width ... Much better!!!

    The main problem is that as the thread continues (and some are very long)  the replies get narrower and narrower (if threading is on -- I'll have to turn that off ... not that I want to). I just posted a screen capture to help someone and only had around 300 px. Not helpful to anyone.

    With whatever programming-language you edit the forums, don't you wanna use Scale instead of Offset, or doesn't Scale exist? Scale would match for every screen.

    Remember:

    Scale: 1 = length of the whole screen

    Offset: 1 = one px of the whole screen

    Now it seems that Forums such as C# or F# has been changed to style of win8……but I notice it that when someone's reply marked as purposed answer or answer…… Only there's a gray check or green check，which isn't very significant for users to see which have been marked…… All in all, it would be possible to make the purposed answer as light gray background, for a certain answer, background should be light green

    I agree with you with the proposed answers, but for the real answers, isn't there already a green background on it? And also, it or they're shown as 2nd reply.
