Can I use multiple case templates? RRS feed

  • I want to design 4 different case templates to handle Service Requests, Incidents, Changes, and Problems

    I'd like to be able to select either of these case types and for the case form to show up dynamically so that the associated case fields can be filled out.

    Can this be done? I've googled and so far can't find any instruction how to

  • I'd like to modify the current default Case template to include different fields etc..  This we use for standard Service Requests

    I'd also like to create an additional Case template that we will use for Change Requests.

    How would I go about that, and also how would we be able to select one over the other when creating a new case?
