Live Care pop up cintinues to display RRS feed

    One Care just finished a tune up and the pop up keeps telling me to click on it and review important events.  Then I continue to get messages that my security and firewall are not turned on and then the firewall and security turns on and then I get the messge again to turn on my security and firewall settings.  Also the status has downgraded to Fair from Good when all that happened was that tune up was run.  Is there a status above Good?  How can I improve my status to at least Good.  Is there a Very Good or Excellent status?  If there is how can I achieve  a higher status?
