OK, so I have three DVD's right now and two product keys. I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit OEM with its key, I have Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit upgrade DVD with its key and I have a retail version of Windows 7 Home Premium 32 and 64 bit but I have no key and no confirmation at all, just the DVD itself. My question is, if there is a way with the stuff I have now to upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. The question has nothing to do with installing, formatting and stuff, just the licence, can i use any of the keys I have?

No. You need the Product Key for the retail 64-bit Windows Home Premium.
