Impossible to contact Microsoft

  I am having a problem with the installation of a Microsoft update.  I sought help and got advice from Santosh (PCSAF.0000.EU.00.EN.STR.MUM.TS.1FL.PBA.00.WB@css.one.microsoft.com) under Case Reference Number: 1039732667.  The advice did not solve the problem and I have tried repeatedly to contact Santosh.  However I get the message that emails are not deliverable to that address.  I have also tried to email ukfeed@microsoft.com, as suggested at the bottom of Santosh's email, but that does not work either.
  
  Is there a way that I can respond to Santosh's email, please?
