Our users that have had Office 2013 (specifically Visio 2013) installed on a machine that already has Office 2010 are able to configure the CRM 2011 Outlook Client but it is not usable (disabled buttons) within Outlook. The Add-in is enabled otherwise
the buttons wouldn't show at all.
I have tried just reconfiguring the client, disabling all other add-ins, full uninstall and reinstall of the client, repair for office. The only thing that has any effect is to uninstall Visio 2013.

Usually 64bit machines running 32bit Office 2010 and 64bit Visio 2013
Using the 32bit version of the client to match the Outlook 2010 version
