Keeps asking for either email address and PW, or User name and PW

  Within last 3 weeks..I can continue to log on to email via the webmail address of Time warner/Spectrum..

  but when accessing from desktop..

  either one (or sometimes both) of the following appear.

  1. large box saying sign into Windows Live mail..the email address or PW is incorrect (When it isn't!!)

  2.Smaller box saying Log on..ca.rr.com..enter your user name and PW..then I have to wait a good 3 minutes whenever I click OK for the box to disappear and inbox email shows up..Have same address and PW for several years..Internet provider said they have received many calls such as mine..and problem is on Microsoft's end.
