Cannot send email to a specific outside domain

  My exchange server 2003 cannot send email to specific outside domain.

  Such as my email is info@abu.scomtech.com. I send to such as domain @vintcom.co.th, @ego.co.th,

  @airportthai.co.th, @ca.com, @sisthai.com,@samtel.samartcorp.com this some email. I cannot to sent it.

  Please suggest me to solve it.
