installing onecare on a new netbook RRS feed

  • Hi, i hope someone can help, i have onecare installed on my laptop, and i recently bought a netbook, when i installed it on my laptop i did it via the disc i bought, but as you are all
    probably aware, netbooks dont come with cdrom drives, so i dont know how i can install it? can anyone help? i do have the netbook connected via my home wireless network, the same network my laptop is on, but it says to add a pc to your circle you need to install one care on the new computer and i cant as it has no cdrom drive??
    if anyone can advise or help that would be great :) thank you, Michelle.

  • The best way to install OneCare on *any* PC is to go to http://onecare.live.com and install the trial. Once installed, open OneCare and click on the link to Subscribe. Sign in with the subscription LiveID for your subscription and it will be activated and become part of your Circle/subscription.
