Internal Emails not appearing in Email Queue RRS feed

  • We have an issue with CRM 4.0 where  external emails are being received in the MS CRM queue but internal emails are appearing in the Exchange mailbox but not in the queue. Has anybody come across this before? The Exchange mailbox has previously been migrated to another server but I can’t understand why this change would only affect internal emails.

  • Hi Steve,

    I saw that Email Router have a problem with catching internal emails. Did you tried to do a test to resend one of them via external email ?

    Does previously Email Router was catching internal emails too ?

    Thanks for your response, yes we have tried resending the email from an external address and it then worked. The email router was catching internal emails before the change.

  • Can you provide a little more explanation please.  What sort of rules do you have setup that move the external e-mails to the MS CRM Queue you are referencing?  What is the MS CRM Queue and how do e-mails find there way to that repository?
