For some reason your machine is unable to properly read the SLIC table in the BIOS- which is required to be able to self-activate the OEM_SLP License Key in use here
The solution is to change the Key to the one on your COA sticker, using the Change Product Ley link on the System properties page. You may then need to activate by phone.

You installation of Office Pro is non-genuine. It’s a version only sold in bulk to organisations, and the Key has been blocked for abuse.

Two possible solutions – one should definitely work, and the other may work, if you’re lucky.

    1) use the manufacturer’s Recovery system to restore the computer to ex-factory state. This will delete all data, so back up to external media first. Note that you MUST use the proper Recovery media, or it will not work!

    2) You can try using telephone activation and speaking to an activation rep – some people have reported that they were issued a new Key after answering a few questions.
