Pre-installed Windows 7 need to re-activate

Question
-
Windows just recently decided that it was no longer genuine and it keeps telling me that I need to re-activate.
However, the dialog that pops up asking me if I want to make it genuine seems to crash or give a fatal error: 0xD000034. I've looked in Properties page for My Computer in the Windows Activation section and it simply says:Status: Not available
Product ID: Not availableAnd there is no option to activate. I'd prefer to not have to reinstall Windows 7, so any leads would be greatly appreciated.
I've tried re-activating using slui.exe as suggested in the answers below, but when I do that I get the following error:
An error has occurred.
Code: 0xD0000034
Description: Unable to find a detailed error description.
Unknow facility code of: 0x1000 (4096L)
Falicity error: 0x34 (52L)
I've tried also slui.exe3, but then I've got:
Code: 0xC004F050
When I run Microsoft Genuine Advantage verification tool, I've got this:

Sorry about the delay!
About the only thing I can suggest now would be a Repair install - we've not had any success dealing with this error code otherwise :(

When did you upgrade to Windows 7 SP1? - if it was recently, you should uninstall the update.
If older, then ...
Please run a full CHKDSK and SFC scan....
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on the Command Prompt entry
Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.
At the Command prompt, type
CHKDSK C: /R
and hit the Enter key.
You will be told that the drive is locked, and the CHKDSK will run at the next boot - hit the Y key, and then reboot.
The CHKDSK will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!
After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot) - then run the SFC.
SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories
Right-click on the Command Prompt entry
Select Run as Administrator and accept the UAC prompt - the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up.
At the Command prompt, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.
Upload the CBS.log file (compressed, please!) to your OneDrive or DropBox Public folder, and post a link - also post a new MGADiag report.

Hi Noel,
Thanks for your helpfull tips.
I can't remember when I installed Service Pack 1.
I've followed your steps and this are the results:
You asked also for a CBS log file. I coulnd't find this logfile, the last saved file was from september.
By a quick look in Properties page for My Computer in the Windows Activation section it still says:Status: Not available
Product ID: Not availableIt's also weird that the message (windows is no loger genuine, please re-activate) only shows up when my computer is running a couple hours.

Hmm p in that case I'd better take a look at the Event logs...
Please open Event Viewer
In the left pane, navigate to the Windows Logs
right-click on Applications and select 'Save all events as...' save as Apps.evtx
repeat for the System logs - save as Sys.evtx
Compress both files, and attach to your reply or upload to your favourite fileshare site
(preferably Dropbox or OneDrive/SkyDrive) and post a link in your reply

You have at least one drive with what looks like physical failure on the cards.
This drive was configured FAT32 as K: at the time you ran a CHKDSK on it and had as one failed file the following...
\Robin\Picture Package\Roadtrip USA 2013\Everglades-\DSC00665.JPG
This may or may not be the only drive with problems, since two drives numbers are mentioned (but the reports don't tell me exactly which drives are involved.
You should back up the content of that drive to external media and then try another CHKDKSK /R on it to see how bad the damage is (it overflowed the buffers last time it ran)
The C: drive seems to be OK, but there is minor corruption appearing regularly.
I haven't really discovered any obvious causes yet - and my Man-flu is catching up with me, so further details will have to wait...

First of all the best wishes for 2015, and I hope the flu is over already.
I did the CHKDSK check for the second time. After that I did also the SFC check.
The where no infringements of the integrity or orther error messages in the results by both of the checks.
You've got right that my extern device (K:) has some problems with photo or video files. The problem is for my unknown.
But on that device (K:) are only documents, pictures, videos, and other personal stuff.
All my software programs are installed on a different disk (D:) and only Windows on C:
