Also you should not run registry cleaners. they are more likely to cause problems than fix anything.

Stay away from registry cleaners. The registry does not need cleaning. The orphaned entries left by installers do no harm and do not slow performance since they are not accessed anymore. George has pointed out that Vistalizator is your main issue.
