The only thing I can think of now is to uninstall SP1 and then reinstall it - you have significant file errors which are unlikely to be resolved any other way.If that fails, then really the best solution is probably going to be a recovery to ex-factory conditions. The alternative is to go to WGA support and get their help.WGA Support can be found here.
North America: http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/cu_sc_genadv_master?ws=support&ws=support#tab4
Outside North America:
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?ws=support#tab0
Please let us know if (and how) MS manage to repair the problem without a repair install of the OS - it would be useful for future reference!

Your problem is caused by the Tampered file highlighted above. The fact that the file is not listed in the File Scan Data filed as well implies that the problem is probably in a registry reference to the file, rather than the file itself. The quickest repair is probably a System Restore back to a time the system worked properly - at least as far back as the 27th July.Try that first, and then attempt Validation at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate and see if that has helped - then post another MGADiag report so that we can check progress.

Noel, Thanks for the response...
But I'm getting this message for more than a month or two, not sure going back to July 27th would help..Since it is quite far back, not sure when exactly it started, is there any good alternative to fix it..
Regards,
PapK

Ah - I was going by the timestamp of the failed validation attempt. I would certainly be hesitant about using System Restore to go back more than a month.try a CHKDSK, followed by an SFC, as follows.
Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
CHKDSK C: /F
and hit the Enter key
You will be told that the drive is locked, and the CHKDSK will run at he next boot - hit the Y key, and then reboot. The chkdsk will take a few hours depending on the size of the drive, so be patient!
After the CHKDSK has run, Windows should boot normally (possibly after a second auto-reboot) - then run the SFC
SFC -System File Checker - Instructions
Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.
run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

Please let us know if (and how) MS manage to repair the problem without a repair install of the OS - it would be useful for future reference!
