Error - CRM and Outlook RRS feed

  • -    Hi All, I am getting the below error....need your help to resolved it.   (using CRM 2013 and Outlook 2013).

    Scenario:

    wmUser1, was a member of the CRM team name “Retail” which is assigned with “Salesperson Universal” which allows him the permission to sync item between CRM and Outlook.

    -        When the CRM client is installed at his machine, he got the an error (below)

    -        The error message disappeared when the “Salesperson Universal” security role is added directly to his account, which means at this time, he has been granted the role from both his account and through the team.

    Error:

    Access Is Denied

    You do not have enough privileges to access the Microsoft Dynamics CRM object or perform the requested operation. For more information, contact you Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator.
