Field mapping crm2013

Question
-
Hello.
I have to map some default fields (mobilephone in Lead and phonenumber in PhoneCall), but I can not find a "mapping" button in entity settings (screen below). How can I create a mapping between these two fields?
Thanks!

This could be because PhoneCall/Activities being treated differently. The OOB relationship doesn't provision for mapping. Alternatively, you could use a JScript or plugin for the mapping.

Hi,
Mamatha is correct. As this is OOTB relationship, it is not possible to add mapping information. You can however create a new relationship between the entities and add mapping information there.
Hope this helps.
