What does it take to get a MSFT reply to a MSDN member? (MSFT ONLY PLEASE REPLY)

Question
-
I've posted three times now (including this post) just to figure out how on earth to get MSFT to respond to non replied forum posts of a MSDN Ultimate subscriber. No MSFT employees have answered my question.
I am using an account that was exclusively created for my MSDN account. I have posted multiple times things that are not getting replies well after two days. I've posted multiple times in this forum just to figure out how to get those other posts replied to. No luck.
The closest thing I've gotten to an answer is that I am not logging in the "right way" but if that is correct, NO ONE is saying how to log in the right way. I'm logged in with my MSDN account. I'm posting here. How does the MSDN Benefit kick in?
Please help!!!!
Thank you,
Keith
p.s. The reason I'm asking that ONLY MSFT reply is because I am trying to illustrate that my MSDN account is not getting recognized and if MSFT doesn't reply, this would supposedly make it so that my MSDN account should kick in to require a reply.

Until Microsoft can fix or tell us what the problem is, I can't say we have the answer; so I unmarked it. The forums deserve to know how to REALLY resolve this problem for everyone.
I have an open ticket with MSFT right now; they said it will take 3-5 days from the 28th to resolve. I'll post what the absolute answer is for everyone when I get it.
Thanks,

The only reply that is CURRENTLY un-replied to is in this forum and it isn't as essential as the concept that I'm trying to resolve which is how to get my MSDN service to work as promised. This first URL illustrates the point:

These other posts below are instances of my trying to resolve the problem of not getting responses:

Your closing post only sums up the content of the earlier posts from the Moderator.

I do not understand the purpose of your involvement in this thread. If you are frustrated with something I did elsewhere, you could write me by e-mail, encourage me to do something different or ask why I did that. Please leave this thread alone as I am desperately trying to resolve this problem so that I can finally move on and prevent this once and for all. I wish to keep this thread as single focused as I can with MSFT so that nothing distracts this problem from getting my final answer that makes this work.
Private message me direclty. Thank you, Keith

This is just my speculation, you may want to contact your subscription support to clarify.
this forum is not covered by your MSDN service agreement. Only forums listed at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/aa974230.aspx are covered. So the SQL Server support is not monitoring forums, they are still monitoring newsgroups until further notice.

I guess I will have to try my subscription support since Brent Serbus has not gotten back to us.
I realize this non SQL forum is not covered, but I would have thought I'd get an answer because its MSFT's forum for this kind of stuff. I've waited and tried too much to find a simple answer to my question.

Check your support contract with Microsoft. Does it allow Microsoft to change custom support method without telling you?

I do not think he knows better than you on the subject. He is a programmer writing asp.net web sites like this one, not a support engineer.
