Article Template in CRM - 30 Day Trial RRS feed

  • I have the 30-day trial of CRM and cannot add Article templates?  Why?

    Basically you add the name of the new Article Template and it saves without any error, however when you go looking for it, it never appears.

    I've tried adding three different one.  I signed out, came back in, refreshed, shut down, etc.

    no luck?

  • Article templates should appear in Article Templates. Try changing the view to All Language Article Templates or setting the language on the article template. If you don't set the language on the article it doesn't show in the Active Article Templates View.

    The 30-day trial is not function limited in any way that I know of.
