  • 50041: We are sorry, the exam registration system is undergoing maintenance. Please try again later or contact customer support.   ===> I get this error when I start the registration process and try to save my profile.  I've been getting this save error since Sunday afternoon (Feb 25, 2018).  It's now March 1, 2018.  I've tried different computers at home and at work, and with different browsers (Chrome, Safari).  Is there another way around this?  I need to take the 70-698 as part of my job requirements.

  • Right!?  Even the support link is broken.  Not sure where to turn.  Please post if you find the solution.

  • I've been trying to register for my 70-410 exam and have a deadline for it to be PASSED within 30 days otherwise I may get let go from my job. I've been getting this error for a few days now and decided to call support. They were very confused but said they put in a request for me to gain access to the exam registration and to wait 24-48 hours and then call back????

  • @ dddriscoll. I have this problem too. since the 25th of feb. openned a ticket with support which was forwarded to MSFT tech.s then silence :(

  • @Everyone. The site is up again. Registration worked. MS support was kind enough to alert me of this. :)
