  • For a long while I have been unable to make my microsoft genuine and each time I try to download windows 10 it will not work. It reminds me numerous times a day saying to make it genuine, please advise

  • You have a Volume License version of Windows 7 Professional installed. You will need to contact your IT administrator for assistance with activating it and upgrading to Windows 10. Otherwise, you would have to purchase a conventional edition of Windows 10 and perform a "clean install".
