Does the CDR role have the ability to force users to enter a special call accounting code when dialing long distance? For example, to charge calls back to a customer?
Simply recording details of the calls that are made would be of no value as we need a way to tie a particular phone call to a particular customer so we can charge back appropriately.
With our Cisco PBX we use the Client Matter Codes to do this. But as I have now discovered, when using Enterprise Voice with PBX Integration you cannot force a CMC to be entered when initiating the call from Communicator as the PBX does not give an audible prompt.
Anyone know of a solution?
Thanks.
