Actually it is not an OEM key, wasn't leaked and isn't blacklisted, it is a keyless install key (the default key used if you decline to enter a key and run for the 30 day grace period). To the OP, if you have the original retail key you only need to install that key under system properties and activate it and all should be well. Press the win-key and pause at the same time, scroll to the bottom of the system properties page, look for "change product key" click it, insert your key that came with your copy of windows and hit enter.
All of that is assuming you have a full retail version of windows, if you bought an upgrade then you MAY have to reinstall from within windows for the key to be accepted, insert the key during instal to avoid this problem.
Thanks
Carl

Hi there galvardo.
I just found out that your OEM was a leaked serial key and probably blacklisted. here is the search results from google. http://www.google.com.ph/#hl=tl&q=74XYM-BH4JX-XM76F&meta=&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=&fp=c46fb7cf8703c27c
now the only way to solve this is to first coordinate with the dealer of your laptop and the support of HP.
you can also try to go to http://microsoft.com/genuine to validate your installation.
