Error after Roll up 17 - General failure in scheduling engine -Scheduling Alerts- RRS feed

  • Hi All

    Recently updated to Rollup 17 and ever since we are getting error when saving all service activities.

    It opens a Scheduling Alerts dialog and says :Generic failure in scheduling Engine"

    We do have Ignore and Save button,  but can we hide this dialog completely???

    please help!

  • We get the same error with regular appointments.

    When you click "ignore and save" another error pops up, and when you click "save" on it, 2 appointments are created.

  • Did you find a resolution to this?  One of my clients just started getting that today on CRM Online.  The big headache is that it is affecting causing an error when viewing the service calendar.
