    u jus need to submit ur project there, it can b ur final year proj or any other proj...they will evaluate ur proj...if ur proj gets selected and make it to the final then points will be awarded to u...

    ya but they are talking about forming teams ? So how do we do that ? Does that necessarily have to be a team where all members are from the same institution ?
