Outlook Deployment for CRM 4 - No Organisations listed

Question
-
Hi guys, hope someone can help.
New to this CRM 4 stuff and just trying out the workgroup one.
Its all installed nicely and I am using the config tool to sort out Outlook on the clients.
When the config tool gets to the "Select Organization" screen, no Organization is listed.
When I check the server the default organization is listed and enabled.
I have complete access through the web ui http://mycrmserver (for example), but this outlook step is knocking me off.
I have read (on here) that I might need to change my authentication type. How / where do I do this, and is there anything else I should look out for?
Also, during the first step of outlook config, why does it ask for my Windows Live Sign in ID?
TIA
Mark

That doesn't sound at all like you are using the CRM client for Outlook.. Try downloading this one:-
This should install the correct client.

how are you connecting? VPN/network or Internet?
When you configure the Outlook client, are you using the service provider option or the "My company" option?

Hi Joel,
I am trying to connect from within the organisation. So, the server and the laptop are on the same domain / network. The laptops can all access CRM via the web interface by typing the local ip address or DNS name.
I havent seen the options you mention when configuring the Outlook. It is literally the first screen after the welcome screen.
Thanks
