I'm triying to reinstall my Office Home and Student

  • I'm triying to install my Microsoftt Office Home and Student 2007 And I can't do it. You tell me that is not genuin and I have receipt from Star Computer, in 7/12/2008. In 7/31/2008, I installed the program in my computer but some time ago, my computer get sick and when it came back to me, the computer's mechanic told me that now i have a better program in ir.  Some time ago, you tell me that this program is not a genuyn one. Because of that, I"m triying to reinstall in the computer my old home and student, and you tell me now that is not legal too. I have all the papers, CD, and the key number in the originald card. The key # is [Redacted]. The tracking IDin the Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity is 00039198944123. Please, tell me what is wrong because I can't buy a new one right now. Excuse my bad english!

  •    I'm tiying to do what you told me but the validation form that I see is the Office 7 that I want to cancel, not the Home and student that I'm trying to install. Can I remove the program Office 7 before install Home and student, without lost all my documents?
