Communicator 2007 and Accessibility Software Issues RRS feed

    We currently use Jaws (screen reader – version 7.x) and Dragon (voice recognition – version 9.x) software.


    We have done some quick testing and are have some issues such as:


                Dragon – it does not seem possible to select the “show menu” in the top left corner of the screen, the add note box or move around the contacts


                Jaws – when using IM the reader does not “see” responses arrive in the reply window. (IM of course uses one “pane” to write a message and one for sent messages and the response.)


    So has any one else seen these problems and found any solutions?
