Off Topic: Colour/Color of Windows Vista quick launch toolbar

  Hi all,
  
  Quick question about the quick launch toolbar in Vista for you:  How the hell do you change the colour/color of it!?
  
  Before I liberated it from the startbar it was black (matching the startbar), but now it's a very ugly grey!
  I don't want to change any of the other system colours/colors, I just want the toolbar to match the startbar!
  
  I've mucked around a little with the Window Color and Appearance options but they seem to either alter everything or have no effect.
