Why not having software terms definition with details Section in the forum?

  Hello,
  I am C# developer and when i go to find something about a problem or technology in the web, i always come across some articles that understanding it is very hard and you should be familiar with all the terms in that article to understand it.I think if the msdn forum would add a Section by the name of "Software Related Terms & definition" then any body can take benfit of that and just come to msdn for asking for example "what does this mean:<collaborating decentralized application>?".
