  • Hi, The line from your report pasted below indicates a problem however I need you to go to www.microsoft.com/genuine and attempt to validate, please do so using internet explorer and remember to allow any popups, downloads and activeX components to run. Attempt to validate and post back here with the results, any error messages and also post a new report once the validation attempt has completed.

    Hello, Shaun

In addition to Carl’s suggestion, you may also try the steps below.

To attempt to repair the modified files run, go to Start, type  command in the search box, in the search results, right click  Command Prompt and choose  Run as Administrator.
In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press enter:  sfc /scannow
The scan may take a bit to compete.

Regarding the Licensing data error: in the Command Prompt from above, type the following and press enter:  net start sppsvc

Try activating and running the report after the above steps as well.

The file mismatches in the list are due to not having installed the WAT update KB971033 - not to corruption issues.
IIRC, visiting the WGA validation site forces the install of the update, and will eliminate the mismatches.
