Ive tried directly connecting to my router and changing my MAC Address and reseting my router.

  • Hi,

If you are already having a Static IP from your ISP then you would not be able to change your external IP. However if you want, you can change your computer's ip address which connects to the router. To change you IP do the following:

Goto Start > Control Panel > Network Connections.

Right Click on "Local Area Connection" and goto properties.

On the first tab, select the last option "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and click on Properties.

In the new window click on "Use the following ip address:" and enter the details as per your router.

    Hope this helps!!
