Error while importing solution "An item with the same key has already been added" in CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • I am trying to import solution in CRM 2013 getting an error. Which says "An item with the same key has already been added"

    I am pasting error line from error XML generated by import wizard.

    '21:59:56.51 Form Incident Case Case Service request case associated with a contract. Failure 0x80044150 An item with the same key has already been added.'

  • A possible reason could be that incident entity in your CRM application and solution file has a same attribute but with different casing in its name. Check all the attributes are same in your solution and CRM database including their casing.
